Our Suitcases come with a 2-year guarantee. This covers manufacturing defects only, such as faulty wheels, locks etc. and does not cover accidental damage caused by yourself or your chosen airline, misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, or normal wear and tear. 

If a manufacturing defect is reported within 7 days of delivery our manufacturer will arrange collection of the suitcase, you are however, responsible for all costs of returning the suitcase to our manufacturer after these 7 days have expired.

Once the suitcase is received, if the warranty applies, you will be notified whether or not your suitcase will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the manufacturer, including any costs required to return the repaired or replacement product to you.

If the product is to be replaced, and the product is no longer available, the manufacturer will substitute with a comparable product.

We will require photographic and video evidence of the issues you are encountering with your case. 

Please remove protective film from your suitcase upon delivery. Your suitcase is NOT scratched or damaged as this film protects it.
